Whether you seek a spectacular safari holiday, a blissful beach break, or a cultural escapade, Africa is the place to be. There is something special about it that touches our soul; it is a continent of 54 immensely diverse countries that is both deeply troubled and profoundly uplifting.
And we have the opportunity to help a continent that has been plagued over the years with wars, famine, exploitation; and our help could not come at a better time, when Africa is finally starting to get a taste of peace and decent government. It is our time to explore and enjoy this magnificent territory and contribute with our actions to a brighter future. Nelson Mandela, one of the greatest African personalities, said:
“Vision without action is only dreaming. Action without vision is only passing time. Vision with action can change the world”. And we are here to convert your visions into actions, and together “we make a difference”.
Safaris were ‘invented’ in Africa and although it just means ‘trip’ or ‘travel’ in Swahili language, the term is internationally used when someone is going to visit Africa’s national parks, in search of the Big Five (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino) and hopefully more animals. Some parks adjacent to the ocean (in South Africa) even claim to have the Big Seven (including whales and white sharks).
One of the best countries for a safari is Tanzania, which has two of the best-known parks in the world: the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. Other traditional countries to see Africa’s beautiful nature and wildlife are Kenya, South Africa, Zambia and Botswana. Another great alternative is Namibia, with better roads and some fantastic parks in the northern half of the country.
Africa has also very fine beaches, especially in the east, and the combination of safari and beaches is an extremely popular format of trip for visitors to Eastern and Southern Africa. But it is important to realize that there is a vast range of different beaches around this coastline, so choosing your location is extremely important. Some of the most beautiful places to relax and unwind off the coast of Africa are Seychelles, Mauritius and Madagascar.
Below you will find our top destinations in Africa for you to dream about it, and for us to make it a reality.
Let’s start with our favorite of all.
